I had the pleasure of seeing a proposal for a sustainable eco-town by the amazing Fundacion Metropoli on Friday. The presentation was given by Mike Clews of MC Consulting , the developer for this massive eco-friendly project. The attention to detail, exhaustive studies and meticulous planning will make this mammoth project a benchmark for eco-friendly and sustainable towns everywhere.
It really is fascinating to see how a project can evolve and become something that really makes a difference, whilst providing an exceptional commercial and residential environment.
Within this development, which I will be following the progress on this blog, is Los Pandos Vineyard. With the initial round of fundraising complete, there is now a chance for investors to get involved with second tranche, Founders Syndicate Phase 2, again with similarly attractive returns over a fixed 2 year period (17-25% dependent on investment levels).
