Well it is interesting to see all of the current repo-lists and huge below market value discounts currently available on the web. The truth is each deal does need to be looked into carefully as often these lists can simply be a standard real estate agents portfolio dressed up. Currently we are not involved in bank reposessions or auction property, there are a number of genuine companies out there offering this service and I have heard of some incredible bargains.
Our portfolio of Cheap Spanish property are just straight forward vendor reduced deals that I think offer great value. I think the key to bagging a real bargain can only be achieved by building good relationships with reputable agents, doing solid price research and then moving decisively when you find something you like.
